The Geisha met Miles, a foreign army officer at a banquet and they fell in love soon after. They got married and returned to Miles' homeland together. His father was particularly vocal in his opposition to their marriage. He was cynical of her and hoped to drive her out of the family home. Not long after, Michiko mysteriously disappeared after Miles left on a business trip. Miles' father claims that she ran off with another man and urged his son to find another wife. Miles, however, started to search for his wife Michiko, but no one knows where she went.

Michiko is from IDENTITY V, a 4v1 asymmetrical horror game in with four survivors play tag with another person designated as the hunter. Michiko is a hunter, and thusly prone to, well, hunting.

FIGHTING y, as a hunter in idv canon she is a vengeful ghost who fights in tessenjutsu. she's surprisingly skilled with, and has a few tricks up her sleeve. i'm very open to her "hunting" other people for fun.

KILLING she's already a ghost! jokes aside, in the appropriate memes, but feel free to approach me about it. i'm open to it.

TELEPATHY/MAGIC yes. michiko is a reserved, quiet woman whose thoughts i try to expand on within her tags and if your character is either of these things, feel free to go from there. magic is not new to her, go ham. it's also worth noting that michiko is a "reality distortion" functioning essentially as a ghost. your character is welcome to pick up on this!

✨ FIRST IMPRESSIONS.

VISUAL. x. A young woman of short stature, she is always dressed in a beautiful kimono with her hair done up in a complex hairstyle. Her geisha make-up is thick upon her oval shaped face and her fondness for noh masks is apparent immediately: her expression is similarly unreadable, rarely moving. Her eyes are completely blacked out in all of her artwork, so she seemingly only has black eyes. Period familiar character will recognize her dress and style as early 19th century— for ease, we can probably conclude she may be from the late Taisho period or early Showa period. When enraged or in the middle of a hunt, she transforms into her Prajna form, adopting the appearance of a traditional Japanese ghost. Horns protrude from her forehead, her hair comes undone and the mask her make-up is based on shifts to that of an Oni.

DEMEANOR. Described as a flittering butterfly by those who have seen her dance, Michiko has an elegant, ethereal aura about her and seems to glide across the floor. When idle, she will put on small performances with her (deadly!) fan, and hum to herself. She's clearly been a performer for a long time. While she tries to keep a constant noh face, when she does emote, it is with a gentle, encouraging smile. These days, she doesn't dance much and seems melancholic, as if lost, but her words are rarely harsh. Despite this, she wears a mask for a reason; Michiko's true feelings are simply that she's been lied to and hurt, robbed of her happiness and these days, she actively enjoys hunting. Being the one who causes harm instead of the one left to her pain has a certain allure to her..

AURAL. x. Soft, but playful, she gives the impression of someone who doesn't speak unless necessary. Her voice has a slightly nasal quality to it. When she engages in conversation, however, her voice drops a bit, though she still gives the impression of someone who only speaks when necessary.

OPT OUT. x. Michiko's backstory deals with anti East Asian racism and she's very clearly based off of Madame Butterfly. While I do not write mentions of these things into her tags, it's completely understandable if you do not want to engage with her for your own comfort.
